Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbsground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cupJamaica House Brand Escovitch Pikliz
  • 2 tbspJamaica House Brand Jerk Sauce
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 4brioche buns
  • 4 leaveslettuce
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

    Make jerk aioli by mixing mayonnaise with 2 tbsp Jamaica House Brand Jerk Sauce. Refrigerate.

    Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.

    Grill or pan-fry burgers over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
