His father built the Jamaica House restaurant legacy in South Florida — three thriving locations known for authentic island cooking. Now Chef Anthony is extending that legacy by bringing the family recipe from our kitchen to every table in the World.

Tunde saw the potential to bring Jamaica House from restaurant to retail. With a background in operations and scaling food businesses, he's transformed Chef Anthony's family restaurant into a bottled brand that maintains the same quality and authenticity at every step.
