
Jerk Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bottle (2oz)Jamaica House Brand Jerk Sauce
- 8corn tortillas
- 1mango, diced
- 1/4 cupred onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cupcilantro, chopped
- 1lime

Toss shrimp with Jamaica House Brand Jerk Sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

Make mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and juice of half a lime.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Warm tortillas and fill with jerk shrimp. Top with mango salsa and serve with lime wedges.
