Ingredients

- 1 jar (12oz)Jamaica House Brand Escovitch Pikliz
- 1 cupall-purpose flour
- 2 cupsvegetable oil for frying
- 1 tspallspice
- to tastesalt and pepper

Season fish with salt, pepper, and allspice. Dredge in flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet to 350°F. Fry fish for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
