Ingredients

  • 4whole red snapper, cleaned
  • 1 jar (12oz)Jamaica House Brand Escovitch Pikliz
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 cupsvegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tspallspice
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

    Season fish with salt, pepper, and allspice. Dredge in flour.

    Heat oil in a large skillet to 350°F. Fry fish for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

    Drain fish on paper towels.
